Provence Residence Canberra Link is located in District 27, the executive condo is a 413-unit 99-year leasehold development. MCC Land is developing the EC development. It will be the second executive condominium (EC) development in Canberra after the highly successful Parc Canberra EC.
The project comprises nine, eleven, and thirteen-storey blocks, each built on 179.651 square feet of land. It is approximately the same size as three football fields. MCC Land can offer approximately 50 facilities to its residents due to the large land area.
The design of Provence Residence EC is influenced by Provence, a region in South-Eastern France. The concept is French-inspired and features French-inspired design.
Although the design may not look French at first, it is actually quite beautiful when you get down to the details.
The nine blocks of Provence Residence EC, for example, are nestled within a lush landscape of architectural symmetry. To recreate the feeling of the French royal courtyard, you will find ‘Jardins’ (gardens) placed around the development.
You can also find subtle, distinctive touches that exemplify French architecture style like:
- To create rhythm and symmetry, the exterior has staggered fins.
- French-style windows in the gym and function space
- French-inspired pavilions (facilities), for dining and barbecuing

The 4-bedroom grande (D2), measuring 1,399 square feet, is the largest unit at Provence Residence EC.
The walkway, like the 3-bedroom chic (C2) unit is also angled to provide privacy. The built-in cabinet for your DB box, household items, and other personal belongings is located to the right.
All units include a Schlage digital lock as standard for the main entrance.
The main living space is located to the left of the entry. The 4-bedroom grande is the largest unit available (1,399 sq. ft), and has a large living space (387 sq. ft). There’s still plenty of space for walking, even after the addition of a 4-seater sofa.
The living space is large enough to accommodate a six-seater dining set. There are built-in cabinets near the fridge, but not the refrigerator.
The full-length glass panel is a unique feature of the kitchen design. This allows parents to see their children while they cook, which is a plus. French-inspired full glass panels are also used in the EC. They not only enhance the overall design theme but also make the kitchen and dining areas feel larger.
The 4-bedroom Grande unit also features an enclosed kitchen, so there’s no need to be concerned about your cooking smells overpowering your home. To help homeowners maximize the space, particularly at corners, there are also magic corners and a sauce rack in the built-in cabinets.
Bedroom 3 and 2 are connected to bathroom 2, which has a Jack and Jill design and two-door access. Axent also provides chrome bathroom fittings in the bathroom.
The 4-bedroom grand unit has a full bathroom. Either a shared bathroom (bedrooms two and three), or a private bathroom (junior master and master bedrooms).
Provence Residence EC is located at the intersection of Sembawang Road & Canberra Link. It is approximately the same size as three football fields and offers residents a great mix of nature, sports and amenities.
Five gardens surround Provence Residence EC. There are also a few open spaces (e.g. lawns, decks) that residents can enjoy the greenery. There is also a half-basketball court, jogging track and fitness corner within the EC. Provence Residence EC offers close to 50 facilities.
Each facility is named after a French theme and is grouped together. Jardin d’Eau, which is French for “Water Garden”), is the pool area. Jardin du Pavillon (translation = Pavilion Garden) and Sanctuaire du Jardin are the gardens. La Sante (translations: Health) is the fitness area within the EC.
